Arcas Legion

As I sit here with my family and watch the minutes and hours go past, I have been reflecting on a year of changes for Arcas Legion as well as a year of growing stability and growth personally. It's been an interesting ride over the last few years.

Many times I felt as if the ride downward would never end. Well it did end 2 years ago. They say that lessons learned painfully are usually the most indelible. So now I am sober and most recently working on my health more, things have been moving in the right direction in the last 2 years.

More than once I have needed some words of wisdom to help me focus and reflect. So I thought I would share a few toasts/statements that I have enjoyed in the year past. A few thoughts to ponder and reflect on this, the last evening of the year 2011.
